The Company/Commercial department is specialised in Project Funding and all related legal issues. Such matters include legal auditing of licenses, public utility declarations, administrative authorisations, revision of subsidies, and real estate issues relating to the ownership or lease of lands where projects are to be developed. SMA also renders legal services in the field of environmental regulations, review of agreements, management of purchase-sale energy agreements, analysis and structure of guarantees as well as drafting and negotiating of contractual documents between lenders and borrowers of money.
